The Octagon II has a 3 layer membrane fabric which is wind resistant and water repellent. It is a warm backed woven softshell with XPT waterproof and breathable features. It has an inner zip guard, 2 zipped lower pockets, 1 chest pocket and an adjustable shock cord hem.
