EMBROIDERY AND HEAT-SEALING ARTWORK GUIDELINES
The quality of your customised garments is directly influenced by the quality of the artwork provided for print and embroidery. Please review the following guidelines to ensure your artwork meets the requirements.
Proofing: Before any garments are printed or embroidered, a proof will be generated and sent to you for approval. Our experienced team will examine your order, address any potential issues and contact you with questions if necessary. Upon confirmation, we will proceed with production.
File Types: The preferred file format for artwork is vector artwork, or we accept the following file types up to a maximum of 50Mb: Jpeg, jpg, png.
Artwork Quality/Resolution: Upload the highest resolution version of your logo/design available. If we anticipate that the supplied artwork may result in a low-quality output, we will contact you to discuss the best course of action.
Colours: Embroidery thread colors are matched to ensure the closest match to your design.
If you have any questions or concerns about preparing your artwork, do not hesitate to contact us.
